Which ION harness should you choose?
It depends on how you'll use it. For kitesurfing: the Apex is our main recommendation – Curv hybrid shell, excellent back support, versatile for freeride and big air. The Riot Light for those who want a minimal feel on their back. The Rival for a comfortable start. For wing foiling: the Rogue, low-profile and minimalist. For women: the Nova (Curv hybrid) or the Rival (soft).
What is ION's 3D Fit technology?
A three-dimensional moulding of the shell that conforms to the rider's body shape. It reduces pressure points, improves back support, and extends sessions. Available on hard-shell harnesses (Spectre, Riot Curv, Riot Light, Apex) – not on softshells like the Rival.
Which ION wetsuit for La Baule Bay?
In summer (June-September): 3/2mm (Seek Core or Element). Mid-season (April-May, October): 4/3mm (Seek Core 4/3). Winter (November-March): 5/4mm (Seek Core 5/4) + Plasma booties + Neo gloves. The Seek Core range is our main recommendation for the best value for money; the Seek Select for riders who want premium materials.
