Which F-ONE kite should you choose to start kitesurfing?
The F-ONE Bandit TEC. Versatile and intuitive thanks to its Delta C-Shape, it forgives mistakes and offers enough performance for long-term progression. Available from 6 to 14m². A 9m² kite is a good choice for a 75 kg rider in 15-25 knots. Vs Trigger: the Bandit is more forgiving, the Trigger is more big air-oriented. Vs Breeze: the Bandit is suitable for more disciplines, the Breeze specialises in foil and light wind.
What is the best F-ONE kite for big air?
The F-ONE Trigger Brainchild. 5 struts, high aspect ratio, extended hangtime and controlled loops. Available from 6 to 12m². The TEC version offers the same flight performance at a more accessible price. If you're hesitating between Trigger and Bandit: the Trigger specialises in big air, the Bandit is more versatile for everyday use.
What's the difference between F-ONE TEC and Brainchild?
TEC: high-performance construction, strong fabrics - the choice for 80% of riders. Brainchild: ultra-light materials (48% recycled), PROWELD welds instead of seams, a stiffer and more reactive frame. The Brainchild version is approximately 30% more expensive than the TEC.
Which F-ONE wing should you choose to start wing foiling?
The F-ONE Strike V6. A versatile wing, from beginner to experienced rider. The Sweep Control Panel and optimised profile offer stability and power in all conditions. Available from 2 to 5.5m². For 15-25 knots, a 4.5m² is suitable for most riders. For light wind, the Strike CWC can handle lighter winds thanks to the Compact Wing concept.
Which F-ONE foils should you choose?
The Eagle X UHM Carbon is the benchmark freeride/all-round foil - exceptional glide, available from 500 to 1000 cm². The Phantom for pure performance, the SK8 for carving and freestyle, the JAM for pump and dock start. All use the patented FCT (Fast Connection Technology) system: a single screw to assemble the complete foil.
Is the F-ONE FCT system compatible with other brands?
No. The FCT (Fast Connection Technology) is a proprietary F-ONE system. The advantage: assembly and disassembly in a few seconds with a single screw. The disadvantage: front wings, fuselages and stabilisers are only compatible within the F-ONE range.
