A GlissEvolution verified used item is a ride gear piece checked by our technician-riders before listing, ensuring equipment in optimal working condition. Unlike private classifieds, every item goes through a strict inspection process based on our 21 years of expertise.

Our verification process

For kite wings and wings – Fabric check (canopy and bladders), seam inspection (saddler repairs if needed), valve and airtightness test, inspection of bridles and attachment points. A wing with major repairs or porous fabric is not listed for sale.

For foils – Inspection of front and rear wings (no cracks, no delamination), mast and fuselage check, inspection of fasteners and inserts. Foils with major impacts are rejected.

For boards – Airtightness check, deck and rail condition, verification of foil and strap inserts, no delamination. Boards with structural repairs are noted.

For bars and harnesses – Safety system test (chicken loop, quick release), line and attachment condition, hook and seam inspection for harnesses.

Tips for buying used

To start kitesurfing – Favor a versatile, forgiving wing (Duotone Evo, F-One Bandit) in 9-12 m² depending on your weight. Used budget: 400-600 € for the wing, 200-400 € for a twin-tip board, 150-300 € for a harness. Total: about 800-1 300 €.

To start wing foil – Choose a stable large-surface foil (1 800+ cm²) and a voluminous board (weight + 40-50L). Used budget: 600-1 000 € for the foil, 800-1 200 € for the board, 300-500 € for the wing. Total: about 1 700-2 700 €.
