The online store on the glissevolution.com website has been set up by the company ZEPHYR GLISSE, whose registered office is located at 2C Avenue du Gulf Stream, 44380 Pornichet, registered with the RCS of Saint-Nazaire under number 481 132 702, Intra-community VAT: FR 42 481132702, which is the operator of this site.
Any order placement for a product featured in the online store of the glissevolution.com website implies prior consultation of these terms and conditions. As a result, the consumer acknowledges being fully informed that their agreement regarding the content of these terms and conditions does not require the handwritten signature of this document, since the customer wishes to order online the products presented within the framework of the website store.
The consumer has the ability to save or edit these terms and conditions, it being specified that both the saving and editing of this document fall solely under their responsibility. The consumer, prior to their order, declares that the acquisition of these products is not directly related to their professional activity, their acquisition being reserved for personal use by them.

Article 1 – Entirety
These terms and conditions express the entire obligations of the parties. In this sense, the consumer is deemed to accept unreservedly the entire provisions provided in these terms and conditions.
Article 2 – Object
These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods and services offered by ZEPHYR GLISSE to the consumer.
Article 3 – Contractual Documents
This contract is formed by the following contractual documents, presented in descending hierarchical order: these terms and conditions; the order form. In case of contradiction between the provisions contained in the documents of different rank, the provisions of the higher ranking document shall prevail.
Article 4 – Entry into Force – Duration
These terms and conditions enter into force on the date of signature of the order form. These terms and conditions are concluded for the duration necessary to supply the goods and services subscribed to, until the extinction of the warranties owed by ZEPHYR GLISSE.
Article 5 – Electronic Signature
The "double click" of the consumer as part of the order form constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.
Article 6 – Order Confirmation
The contractual information will be subject to confirmation by email no later than at the time of delivery or, if not, at the address indicated by the consumer within the order form.
Article 7 – Proof of Transaction
The computerized registers, preserved in the computer systems of ZEPHYR GLISSE under reasonable security conditions, shall be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties. The archiving of order forms and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium that can be produced as evidence.
Article 8 – Product Information
8-a: ZEPHYR GLISSE presents on its website the products for sale with the necessary characteristics that allow it to comply with article L 111-1 of the Consumer Code.
8-b: The offers presented by ZEPHYR GLISSE are only valid within the limits of available stocks.
Article 9 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros including tax and are only valid on the date the order form is sent by the consumer. They do not include shipping costs. Prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically passed on to the price of the products in the online store.
Duration of validity of offers
The offers and prices shown on the site are valid as long as they are visible online and within the limits of available stocks. Promotional offers are valid for the period indicated in the associated communication.
Article 10 – Payment Method
To pay for their order, the consumer has, at their choice, all the payment methods referred to within the order form. The consumer guarantees ZEPHYR GLISSE that they have any authorizations necessary to use the payment method chosen by them when validating the order form.
All transactions made on the site are secured by SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). Bank data is processed directly by our payment providers and is not retained by ZEPHYR GLISSE.
Article 11 – Product Availability
The order will be executed within a maximum of 3 days from the day following the day the consumer placed their order. In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the possibility to cancel their order.
Article 12 – Delivery Methods
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order. The customer is required to check the condition of the package and contents upon receipt, and to report any anomaly or damage to the carrier on the delivery slip, as well as to ZEPHYR GLISSE, within a period of one week.
12.1 Delivery Zones
Deliveries are made in metropolitan France, in the European Union and in Switzerland. No deliveries are made to the United Kingdom, overseas departments and territories, or countries outside the EU (except Switzerland).
12.2 Timeframes
Orders are shipped the next business day following order validation (D+1). Indicative delivery times are 2 to 4 business days depending on the destination.
12.3 Carriers and Costs
Skateboards: Standard delivery by GLS in Europe: 29.90 EUR incl. tax
Accessories and spare parts: Standard delivery by GLS in Europe: 14.90 EUR incl. tax — Delivery at Mondial Relay pickup point (France only): 8.00 EUR incl. tax
Article 13 – Delivery Problems
Any anomaly concerning the delivery must be imperatively indicated on the delivery slip in the form of "handwritten notes". Article 14 – Delivery Errors
14-a: The consumer must submit any complaint on the same day of delivery or at the latest the first business day following.

Article 15 – Product Warranty
In accordance with applicable regulations, the consumer benefits from a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to take legal action under the legal warranty of conformity. They can choose between repair or replacement of the goods and are exempted from proving the existence of the defect for the twenty-four months following delivery.
The consumer may also exercise the warranty against hidden defects provided for in article 1641 of the Civil Code.
Availability of spare parts: the essential spare parts are available for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
Article 16 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to return, at their own expense, products that do not suit them. This period runs from the day of delivery. The product must be returned by registered Colissimo to ZEPHYR GLISSE – 2c Avenue du Gulf Stream – 44380 Pornichet.
Only products returned in their entirety, in their original complete and intact packaging, and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. The refund will be made within 14 days.

Article 17 – Return Conditions
In accordance with article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, the electric skateboard must be returned in a condition allowing it to be resold as new. Any visible wear may result in a discount on the refund amount or a refusal to return.
Article 18 – Force Majeure
Neither of the two parties will have failed in their contractual obligations, insofar as their performance is delayed, hindered or prevented by an unforeseen event or force majeure.
Article 19 – Partial Non-Validation
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, the other provisions will retain their full force and effect.
Article 20 – Non-Waiver
The fact that one party does not take advantage of a failure by the other party cannot be interpreted for the future as a waiver of the obligation in question.
Article 21 – Title
In case of difficulty in interpreting any one of the titles appearing at the head of the clauses, and any one of the clauses, the titles shall be declared non-existent.
Article 22 – Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the consumer is invited to contact first the customer service of ZEPHYR GLISSE. Failing that, any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts. The consumer may bring an action either at the court of their place of residence or at the court of the place of delivery of the product.
Article 23 – Data Protection
